"I am a Clifton native having been born and raised in the local area. A Navy Veteran, I spent eleven years on active duty as a Personnel Specialist & Classifier before being honorably discharged in 1990. During that time I was stationed in the Bermuda Islands, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi and New York. I am a freelance writer in my spare time and have long-standing memberships in the Women’s Writing Guild, Romance Writer’s of America & Literacy Volunteers of America. Other memberships include the American Legion & People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals. My husband, (a retired Navy Chief) and I reside in Clifton and currently share our home with our menagerie of adopted dogs & cats."
